The much anticipated weight loss book of 2017. WTF am I supposed to eat? will challenge everything you think you know about losing weight and eating healthy.
Forget what you think you know about weight loss. You might know nothing…
Part obsessive dieter’s manifesto, part smart-ass common sense, WTF am I supposed to eat? is insightful, refreshing, and motivating—the kick in the ass that you need to stop listing to everyone else, and start doing what is right for you.
“I’ve spent a lifetime sifting through a sea of weight loss information and misinformation, all tangled up in knots; it is my mission to unravel the mess and search for WTF is the truth, and WTF is total bullshit.”
WTF am I supposed to eat? is not a scientific proclamation of facts, although there are plenty throughout. There are also pieces of bullshit scattered here and there to see if you’re still paying attention, analyzing carefully, and asking yourself what will work for me?
“The only one who can create a weight loss program that really works for you, is you.”
Conflicting reports on what is healthy, and what works for weight loss will not go away anytime soon. So how do you know who or what to trust?
Your personal trainer?
No, dummy. It’s YOU! We all have uniquely complex bodies, preferred tastes and different social and family obligations. Any diet that does not those things into consideration—a diet that is not woven into your soul, that doesn’t feed your cravings and send you into a state of food bliss—will never work for permanent weight loss.
WTF am I supposed to eat? is loaded with smart-ass advice from a smart-ass chick who generally knows what she’s talking about.
A delicious revelation about how one can be healthy and lose weight without having to step foot inside a gym. This book is like having a heart to heart with a friend about nutrition. I’ve had so much fun reading about new ways to plan for my meals and learning tricks about how to stick with a healthy weight loss plan that works for me. I loved it, I am planning on re-reading this book several times, if not forever.

I love to eat, I have been a slave to chocolate and any form of sweets since I was a little girl. As an adult, I’ve had to kill myself at the gym in order to maintain a healthy weight and continue to still be able to eat the sweets I love so much. But in the back of my head, I knew I was going about the nutrition part all wrong, and that I needed a better plan. Reading this book has literally blown my mind. WTF Am I Suppose To Eat has given me the exact tools I needed.
First, let me tell you that I love C.J English’s writing style. She is honest and straightforward, she doesn’t try to impress the reader with fancy, and complicated nutritional terms, or tries to push her beliefs down anyone’s throat. You learn about her struggles and her vulnerabilities with food and exercise, as she shares not only her knowledge, but also her experience, and she does it in a fun, and easy to understand way.
Each chapter has the information and tools that will help YOU create a nutrition game plan, that will work for you specifically. Like the book says; forget about asking people what diet worked for them, what pills, or what foods they tried in order to lose weight. Everyone is different, we all have different lifestyles and food tastes, so we need to personalize our diet plans to our specific needs. The good news is, that it is easier than we think, and WTF Am I Suppose To Eat is here to help in an effective way.
I will continue with my workout routines, but I am now armed with tricks and the knowledge that will help me eat in a much healthier way, without having to completely sacrifice eating sweets or drinking wine.
I highly recommend, I repeat… I highly recommend, EVERYONE to read this book. Achieving a healthy weight is not as hard as we think. Buy and read this book, make a commitment with yourself, create a personalized game plan, be organized and plan your meals, because you know what? You will get a cheat day; one day out of the week where you can go ahead and eat that slice of chocolate cake, and still lose weight and be healthy.
Thank you so much to author C.J English for creating this book. I will buy it for my friends and carry it in my purse as a nutritional, and inspirational food bible. And thanks for adding all the delicious recipes at the end of the book, I can’t wait to try them.
