Rory hasn’t been home in years. She decides she is going home to Tahoe for the holidays to face her past & make amends with her family. A gorgeous guy from her home town offers her a ride since they’re going the same place. His name is Max Stranton. Max went to high school with Rory & was her first crush. He was the popular jock & she always flew under the radar. They now work in the same building & run into each other a lot. Wanting to save money, Rory accepts the ride home from Max.

Max has always been drawn to Rory & recently makes sure their paths cross often. He’s extremely attracted to her but doesn’t want to be. They have a history, & he holds a grudge against her for something she isn’t aware of. Most of the time she drove him crazy, but he couldn’t deny the physical pull between them. Whether they wanted to admit it, they’d both definitely taken notice of each other, & shared an intense chemistry that always seemed to ignite whenever they got close.

Max & Rory head for Tahoe on Christmas Eve & get stuck for hours together in a blizzard. Rory has always felt flustered around Max & is insanely attracted to him. I really enjoyed this holiday novella & can’t wait for Elle & Archer’s story next in Accidentally On Purpose. Just love this series!

He aggressively pursues her, & decides he will do anything to make her his. There’s just something different about her he’s drawn to. She’s nothing like the women he’s usually with & he finds her refreshing.

I really loved this book & adored Caleb Blackstone! It is a spin-off of the Blackstone series, & I am so happy we are getting more Blackstones. I can’t wait for James & Winter, and Lucas & Victoria!

Chapter after chapter you can’t help but fall in love with the story and its characters. This was the first book of a series, where each book is about a different family member from the Blackstone family. I’m really excited for what’s more to come.

Nothing was familiar when it came to Brooke. Each new thing we shared together felt to me as if I’d never done it before, and more importantly, as if I never wanted to do it again with anyone other than her—ever.

Fans of Raine Miller are in for a treat with this new spin-off series, The Blackstone Dynasty. I was a little sad that Ethan Blackstone never makes an appearance in this one but I do believe that Caleb Blackstone will melt a few hearts out there. Those of you who have read Raine’s other books, know all too well that she can deliver the decadent steam like no other and we get it and then some in Filthy Rich!!

Caleb Blackstone has kept himself very busy running the family’s empire for the past several years and hasn’t had much time for anything else. His personal life has been filled with one-night-stands and a few meaningless relationships that never outlived more than a few months. He’s never been tempted to want anything more with a woman until the day he sees a strikingly beautiful woman leaving the Starbucks he frequents and entering an interior design office next door. He’s even more surprised when he sees the woman again, serving hors d’oeuvres at a charity dinner later that evening. He ends up coming to the rescue when one of the guests gets a little too handsy with Brooke. Caleb later learns that it really is a small world, when he finds out that she lives on Blackstone Island with her grandmother, who was the cook for the Blackstone family for over thirty years.

There is no mistaking the insta-love factor in this story. Caleb has hearts and flowers coming out of his eyeballs the moment he sees Brooke and he vigorously pursues her. But he’s so very charismatic and I couldn’t deny the fact that I might have been wishing I were in Brooke’s shoes. Don’t even get me started on how incredibly hot the shmexy factor is in this book!!

I loved this book so much! It was an easy five stars for me. Hayes is super sexy & totally swoony. This book is a second chance love story & a brother’s best friend romance. Two of my favorite kinds. It was fabulous & I highly recommend it!

She set his blood on fire with a simple touch. Made every possessive bone in his body hers when she let her defenses down and talked to him. Her vulnerability turned him on at the same time it stoked his desire to take care of her.

I have to say there is something magical about the Christmas season. Even though the weather gets too cold for my liking, I do enjoy the holiday season. All the Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel and the Christmas Romance novels are leaving me on a constant sugar high on some decadently sweet love stories. I can almost find that little girl inside of me who believed in fairytales and happily ever afters. What I can’t believe is that this is maybe the second book I’ve read that involved a romance between a common girl and a royal prince. This is the ultimate fairy tale trope and I live for this kind of sappy goodness!!! Once Upon a Royal Christmas was a delightful read but it definitely had a satisfying amount of steam as well.

Rowan Palotay’s world is about to go from being dull to vibrant and exciting when she crosses paths with Prince Theodore Chenery of Montanique. Theo is visiting his maternal grandparents, who happen to live in Rowan’s hometown- Marietta, Montana. Prince Theo’s mom was in a car accident and died a few months ago. Her last wish was for Theo to go to Marietta and meet his grandparents. The trip couldn’t have come at a better time because his father, the King, is demanding that he marries soon in order to carry on their bloodline. Both his father and his older brother were allowed to marry for love but Prince Theo is being forced into an arranged marriage with someone of royal lineage. It’s not something that he particularly wants to do but being the dutiful son that he is, he feels he must do whatever his father asks of him. Theo never expected to find true love during his visit to Marietta.

From the moment Theo and Rowan run into each other, there is an undeniable chemistry between them. Rowan works for the local paper and had been recently demoted to covering the Pet column after having gotten romantically involved with one of the subjects of her news article. Now her boss has assigned her to report on Prince Theo’s visit to Marietta and this assignment was actually at the request of the Prince himself. She’s warned to keep things professional or she will be fired. So Rowan will soon be faced with a dilemma as it becomes pretty evident that there is no way things could stay strictly platonic between her and Theo. She really does put up a very good effort at first but once they start spending more time together and getting to know one another on a deeper level, the feelings that develop will be beyond impossible to ignore.

But how can they have a future when Prince Theo is to marry someone else? Will they be able to walk away from each other when the time comes with their hearts intact? Or will true love win in the end?

If you are like me and you enjoy a really sweet Christmas romance, you will definitely want to pick this one up!!

I absolutely enjoyed this story and found it hard to put down!!

Sometimes you have love for a person that doesn’t even know you. One day, you’ll find yourself all twisted up over love. It’ll make your heart hurt and your mind messy. But, sweet girl,” he says in a fierce tone, ”don’t ever let it get away. You deserve love. And in this family…” He chuckles and lets out a tired sigh. ”In this family, we do some crazy things for love . In this family, we don’t let love go.”

Well, K. Webster definitely takes us on another dark and scary roller coaster ride of emotions in this fourth installment of the War and Peace series. Although Gabe isn’t in the book all that much, the moments that he does make an appearance, either through flashbacks or brief visits during the present, leave a lasting impact. I found my heart warming up even more to this psychotic killer. He’s definitely guilty of performing some heinous acts but when he loves someone, he does whatever he can to protect them and the love in his heart knows no bounds. I enjoyed all the flashbacks between Gabe and his daughter Brie. They were poignant and even sweet. The main characters this time around are Gabe’s daughter, Brie, and Baylee & War’s oldest son, Ren.

War had assigned Ren the task of keeping an eye on Brie. They both had agreed to look out for her while Gabe promised to keep Hannah safe. After Gabe’s disappearance and her mother’s murder, Brie ends up being adopted by a wealthy man with questionable ties to some Columbian drug lords. Ren gets a job as the family’s landscaper and it is then that he witnesses the inappropriate obsession the man has over Brie. Brie and Ren become fast friends and soon it turns into much more. They’ve fallen hard for each other but Brie’s adopted father has major plans for her future which will cause a problem for the young lovers.

Heath Berkley has promised his adopted daughter to one of the sons of the Colombian drug lord that he is partners with. At first, it was hard for me to get on board with this new development because I wanted Brie to be with Ren, but as time goes on, K. Webster has you warming up to the man she ends up marrying – Duvan Rojas. He seemed to be of a devious nature when he is first introduced but we quickly learn just how much he really cares for Brie. Things go awry with Brie and Ren, which has her deeply heartbroken and Duvan is there to help her pick up the pieces. But Ren never stops loving Brie or being concerned for her safety.

I don’t know why I had thought that this one would be on a lighter scale than the other books. I guess I had thought that this was going to be Brie and Ren’s love story and both were so innocent, but boy was I wrong!! There’s quite a good amount of rape and drug usage in this one and yet again, we have a heroine who seems to be the obsession of almost every male character in the story. I found Brie to be mostly juvenile but to be fair she is only eighteen. And I was pretty shocked by how much I ended caring for Duvan.

There is a crazy twist at the end that I didn’t predict and we’re left with a promise of more to come in the next installment titled, THIS IS ME, BABY.

I enjoyed this story but it definitely wasn’t my favorite amongst all the other books. I did really love the moments we get of Gabe. You actually will end up feeling pretty bad for this man who is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He’s in love with a woman who is a billion times more psychotic than he is and has to isolate himself from his loved ones to protect them from sadistic little Hannah. I’m actually rooting for a happily ever after for Gabe when this series finally comes to an end. I feel like he is the true star of this crazy story!

Alejandra Castillo grew up as mob royalty. Her mother died & Ana and her five siblings were raised by her father. She grew up sheltered, going to private schools & never really having much of a social life. She was taught to believe that family & loyalty were everything & certain sacrifices must be made for the good of the family. So when it’s decided she will marry a rivals son, she reluctantly agrees so there can be peace between these mob families. She will do anything to make her father happy & hopes this alliance will unite the Castillo’s & Gambino’s. Alejandra soon learns she is married to a psychopath. This man that claims to love her becomes her worst nightmare.

Ana is with her husband for six years before an opportunity presents itself for her to be free. She meets a man named Julius Carter one evening & takes a chance that gets her into some trouble. Suddenly everyone is after her & she’s a dead woman walking. Tired of merely existing & feeling broken and weak, Ana takes off hoping to live a life on her own terms.

Julius Carter was on an assignment that went terribly wrong. Now he’s in a bit of a situation. He is searching for a woman named Alejandra Gambino. He needs to find her & make right a disaster she caused, but when he finds her will he save her, or turn her over to those looking for her.

Once he tracks her down, she becomes more of a handful than he anticipated. She’s defiant & strong willed and stunningly beautiful. He was drawn to her & intrigued from the moment he laid eyes on her. In a short amount of time, Alejandra turns his life upside down. The gorgeous, controlled Julius is feeling anything but in control & he’s getting quite attached to Alejandra. They both can’t deny their intense attraction for one another & soon become intimate. As feelings develop Alejandra wonders if Julius is the monster she once thought or her savior?

-I hadn’t expected to be so affected.

-It wasn’t fair. Out of all men to get stuck with, I got the one who stirred the butterflies in my belly with a humble glance from those stormy blue eyes.

-I have been waiting my whole life for this man, only I didn’t know it.

I really enjoyed this book! It has a few different stories & POV’s. The main story is about Julius who we met in Raw as Twitch’s best friend/business partner. I loved the sexy love story between Julius & Alejandra. We also get more of Twitch. He’s working to get back to his family & trying to keep them safe. We also get more of Ling & Happy and also an appearance from Nox & Lily. Loved getting so many of the characters I love & can’t wait for more Twitch in the next book! I’m ready for him to get his HEA! :))

His tongue did wonderful, magical things. Like unicorns-dancing-in-cotton-candy-clouds magical. Before meeting Cole, I was convinced no man could find a G-spot without two maps, GPS navigation, and a set of road flares.

OMG!! I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH!!

Cole & Cici are back and they are sexier and funnier than ever!!! I think I may have fallen madly in love with Katherine Stevens!! I thought that GOING DOWN was unbelievably funny but then she goes and writes GETTING OFF and she did the unthinkable….she OUTDID herself!!! This lady needs to be writing for a sitcom or movies for one of my favorite comedic actresses, Melissa McCarthy!!! I swear I lost count of how many times I busted out laughing while reading this book!! I haven’t laughed this hard since reading Wallbangerand The Unidentified Redhead. This author has fast become one of my top favorite ROMCOM writers!! If you are in need of something funny or just craving it, I’m telling you, you need to bump this series up on your TBRs!!!

It’s Thanksgiving and Cole & Cici are on their way to his parents to spend the holiday with his family. Cici’s extremely nervous because she has something big that she needs to tell Cole. Things get crazy in the Danver’s household when the entire family, including Cici and the cook, come down with a horrible case of pink-eye thanks to Cole’s younger brother, John. From then on, it is just one laugh riot after the other. The embarrassing situations keep piling up. First, the Danvers children become all too painfully aware of their parents love for Spanish porn, and then they all play an interesting game of Never Have I Everthat outs Cici on several mortifying facts about her that have her wishing she could crawl into a hole and die. But this family is so tight-knit and beyond hilarious and they’ve accepted Cici as one of their own, so no amount of embarrassing revelations is going to change their opinion of her.

When a few unexpected guests show up, let’s just say Cici’s embarrassment level is about to skyrocket to another hemisphere. This is either going to be the best Thanksgiving Cole & Cici will ever have or it will end up being the night that shatters their relationship. It sounds pretty dubious, but I assure you what might seem to be an utterly devastating moment will result in some serious tummy aches from the hardcore laughter that is sure to follow.

I really can’t say enough about this series. This novella was utter perfection but it leaves me wanting more of Cole & Cici. I need at least a few more books dedicated to these two characters. Cole is one hell of a swoon worthy book boyfriend and Cici is that heroine that you wish you had as your BFF.

Do yourselves a favor, one click this series! I promise you, you’re in for some serious off the charts hotter than H steam and more laughs than your belly can handle!!! A fabulous feel-good series!!!

Ok, so I’m going to be a total girl here and say that the best thing about this entire book was, hot silver fox, Dan. Yes, the plot and writing style were amazing, I mean this is a Daisy Prescott book after all, and all the secondary characters were funny and engaging. But Dan!!!! Oh My God, Dan!!!!!!

Listen to this; he’s a millionaire but doesn’t live like one, totally humble, down to earth guy. He rides a skateboard everywhere. Hot body, gorgeous face, funny, sweet, sexy and… he owns a pizza restaurant. What else can we ask for in a fictional boyfriend???

If I loved Daisy Prescott before, I love her even more now for creating such an enchanting character, that is definitely going to the top of my list for favorite male characters in a book. And just so everyone is clear, I’m calling dibs on Dan.

Dan Ashland used to live the fast life of Corporate America. Smart and very successful he had it all. All the money he could want and the love of a great woman, who was equally career driven as he was, but Dan was absolutely miserable. One day he woke up and decided that he simply had had enough, so he quit his job, sold his properties and broke the heart of the only woman he had ever loved and left, never to look back. He escaped his life and promised to never speak to Roslyn again.

Dan traded his fast paced life for solitude, total privacy, and a pizza restaurant on Whidbey Island, and he has lived a content life there for the past five years. We first meet Wyatt Hennington in Zach & Presley’s book. He’s the youngest of the Hennington brothers & has a heart of gold. He’s gorgeous, funny, kind, loyal & always putting others before himself. He’s really a great guy. Wyatt lives in Bell Buckle, Tennessee & runs the Townsend’s farm. He has a lot of one night stands but hasn’t yet found that special someone.

Angie Benson lives in Philadelphia & owns a bakery called For Cup’s Cake. She is Presley’s sister-in-law. She met Wyatt almost two years ago & since then they’ve hooked up twice. It was the most unbelievable, unforgettable sex she’d ever had, but they live in different cities, so she never thought it could go anywhere.

When circumstances land Angie in Bell Buckle, Wyatt wants her to give him a shot. He felt something for her when they were together, & wants her to give him a chance.
