SYNOPSIS:
The last thing Vaughan Hewson expects to find when he returns to his childhood home is a broken hearted bride in his shower, let alone the drama and chaos that comes with her.
Lydia Green doesn’t know whether to burn down the church or sit and cry in a corner. Discovering the love of your life is having an affair on your wedding day is bad enough. Finding out it’s with his best man is another thing all together. She narrowly escapes tying the knot and meets Vaughan only hours later.
Vaughan is the exact opposite of the picture perfect, respected businessman she thought she’d marry. This former musician-turned-bartender is rough around the edges and unsettled. But she already tried Mr. Right and discovered he’s all wrong-maybe it’s time to give Mr. Right Now a chance.
After all, what’s wrong with getting dirty?

Lydia Green is a 25 yr. old woman who has moved to Idaho where she has a wonderful fiancé & works as a real estate agent with his family. Her world is turned upside down when she discovers on her wedding day that her groom is sleeping with the best man. In a panic, she flees as fast as she can to a cute little bungalow near by. She breaks into the home & hides in the tub to have her meltdown.
Vaughan Hewson is a sexy tattooed ginger whose band just broke up a couple months ago after touring with Stage Dive. He returns from LA to his childhood home to tie up some loose ends & finds a runaway bride trespassing in his home. His anger quickly turns to concern as he sees this beautiful woman is a mess & in need of help & kindness, and that she just needed a place to escape to.
When Lydia comes face to face with the owner of the house she is stunned speechless by his hotness. He is rugged & gorgeous & the opposite of her ex fiancé. After accidently seeing him naked, it’s all she can think about! She wants Vaughan bad & can’t quit daydreaming of his beautiful body & all the things she wants to do to it.
-God, he was pretty. The prettiest man I’d ever met.
-Oh, that sly little smile of his. It made my everything go weak.
Both Vaughan & Lydia don’t really want to be alone. They both have issues they are dealing with & find comfort & friendship in each other. They make each other laugh & are extremely attracted to one another. Vaughan lets Lydia stay in his guest room while she figures out her next step, & as they spend time together their friendship turns into more. Suddenly it’s time for them both to move on & they have to decide if they have are going to go their separate ways or figure out a way to be together. I really loved this book & can’t wait for the next one in this series.
-My world was so colored when it came to him. Every detail so vivid and real.
-Our connection was absolute and always would be. No matter where he went. No matter what he did. I’d lost a part of myself to him that I’d never get back.
