Kayla Moore is a 30 yr. old beautiful single woman living in San Francisco, California. After a failed engagement to a man that wasn’t what she wanted, all Kayla really has is her family & friends. As Kayla & Lachlan are together more, they begin to act on their attraction. Kayla learns more about his past & why he’s so intense, guarded, & misunderstood. She also learns he rescues dogs & has a huge giving heart. There’s much more to Lachlan than just what’s on the surface. As it nears the time for Lachlan to go back to Scotland, they grow closer & begin to fall for one another.

This was another fabulous book by Karina Halle! She always writes beautiful stories full of heart that I can’t get enough of, & takes us to gorgeous places that make me feel like I’m experiencing it all. Lachlan McGregor was absolutely delicious & I loved having the McGregor trifecta all together! YUM!!! Please please please give us a book for Brigs next!
